Job Title: Clerk Department: Produce
General Job Description: Stocks products on display cases and rotates product. Maintains the stock on the display case and sweeps sales area.
Experience or Training Required: Experience in the proper handling of various fruits and vegetables.
License or Certificate Required: None
- Essential Job Functions:
An individual must possess the abilities to perform these essential job functions:
- Lift 50 pound boxes.
- Ability to identify and determine the quality if various fruits and vegetables.
- Prepares products for display case which includes wrapping product.
- Ability to interact verbally and amicably with customers.
- Ability to operate a floor jack and hand jack.
- Cleans (sweeps, mops) sales area and display cases.
- Marginal Job Functions:
- Cleans equipment, tools, and work area.
